How many implants do I actually need for a full set of teeth?
Often as few as four per arch — that’s where the name “All-on-4” comes from. Some cases benefit from six for extra support. Your 3D scan tells us exactly what your jaw needs.
How much do All-on-4 / full mouth implants cost?
All-on-4 starts from £12,750 for one jaw, or from £22,750 for both jaws — one fixed, all-inclusive fee agreed in writing after your free 3D scan, with nothing added later and a minimum 5-year guarantee. 0% finance is available to spread the cost.
What’s the difference between All-on-4 and implant-supported dentures?
All-on-4 is a full arch of teeth fixed permanently onto your implants — you never take it out. Implant-supported dentures clip firmly onto implants but can still be removed for cleaning. Both are far steadier than an ordinary denture; we’ll help you choose at your consultation.
Is it painful?
Most of our patients tell us it was far more comfortable than they expected, and genuinely painless. We take it gently and offer a calming pre-med so the day feels easy.
Do I need a bone graft?
Often not — because the implants are angled to use your available bone, many people who were told they “don’t have enough bone” for implants can still have All-on-4. Your scan confirms it.
How long do All-on-4 teeth last?
